Added an option to create a CSR for the SSL certificate renewal.

Security

Rate-limit was added to SIP requests to improve DDoS protection and general security.

Improvements in the authentication mechanisms of Web Secure Sockets communication, that is used by the MT Manager Web interface for communicating with the backend engine.

Bug Fixes

SIP forwarding stopped working after reboot due to timing issues
