Micro Village Communications partnered with reseller SS Infotech to bring the Flyingvoice P20P IP phone to Hindalco Industries as the platform for this rollout.
MVC's technical engineering team took ownership of the deployment itself — configuring and commissioning units remotely so that each new location could go live without requiring an on-site visit for every phone.
